Les INVEST Summer & Winter Schools 2025 (écoles d’été / d’hiver) vous invitent à explorer pendant une semaine des thématiques passionnantes aux côtés d'étudiants internationaux, tout en développant vos compétences et en élargissant vos horizons.

Entre septembre et décembre 2025, trois programmes seront proposés:  

  • Summer School – MEDEA: Mediterranean Diet, Biodiversity and Functional Food  
  • Winter School - Inclusive Leadership in the healthcare sector 
  • Winter School – Diversity and Inclusion in Contemporary European Higher Education Systems

✅ Critères d'éligibilité communs

  • Être inscrit à l’URCA 
  • Niveau d'anglais minimum requis : B1 (B2 de préférence). 
  • Être étudiant en : 
    • Licence (2e et 3e années) 
    • Master (tous niveaux) 
    • Doctorat  
  • Domaines d'études : 
    • Summer School MEDEA : Médecine, Sciences biologiques et agricoles, Biologie, Biotechnologie, Nutrition. 
    • Winter school ‘Inclusive Leadership’: Secteur de la santé et des soins 
    • Winter School ‘Diversity and Inclusion in Contemporary Higher Education Systems: Pédagogie, Travail social, TIC, Psychologie, Intervention précoce.

Summer School 2025 – MEDEA

  • Thème : Régime méditerranéen, biodiversité et alimentation fonctionnelle. 
  • Dates : 
    • Phase en ligne : à partir du 24 juin 2025. 
    • Phase en présentiel : 15 au 20 septembre 2025. 
  • Lieu : Marsala, Sicile occidentale, Italie. 
  • Crédits : 3 ECTS. 
  • Organisateur : Université de Milano-Bicocca.

Content: 


This summer school offers students an in-depth understanding of the Mediterranean diet, organic agriculture, and their impact on health, biodiversity, and sustainability. 
 
It combines scientific knowledge with practical experience, focusing on: 

  • The Mediterranean agro-food system and its cultural significance. 
  • The health benefits of functional foods and the “One Health” approach. 
  • Field investigations, hands-on labs, and expert-led lectures. 
  • On-site visits to local producers and cultural heritage spots in Sicily. 

 
Participants will explore how Mediterranean food production contributes to medical, social, and environmental well-being. They’ll engage in interdisciplinary discussions and interactive sessions to develop solutions supporting sustainable food systems

Winter School - INCLUSIVE LEADERSHIP

Dates :

  • Crédits : 5 ECTS

During the School , we will collaboratively explore ideas and solutions for inclusive leadership strategies that address the diverse needs of clients, staff, and communities in the context of climate adaptation within health and social care settings. Some key contents include:  

  • Concepts of inclusive leadership 
  • Equity, diversity, inclusion and sustainability in leadership practice 
  • Leading with empathy in diverse teams and communities 
  • Climate change impacts on vulnerable populations 
  • Environmental responsibility in organizational practices 
  • Operational transformation for climate-responsive services 
  • Promoting ethical and inclusive organizational change 
  • Reflective practice and interdisciplinary collaboration 

Winter School – DIVERSITY & INCLUSION

  • Thème : Diversité et inclusion dans l'enseignement supérieur européen contemporain – Focus sur la conception universelle de l'apprentissage.
  • Dates :
    • Phase en ligne : 3 au 21 novembre 2025.
    • Phase en présentiel : 1er au 5 décembre 2025.
  • Lieu : Plovdiv, Bulgarie.
  • Crédits : 3 ECTS.
  • Organisateur : Université d'agrobusiness et de développement rural (UARD).

Content:

This winter school explores the critical role of diversity and inclusion in today’s European higher education, with a specific focus on the Universal Design for Learning (UDL) framework.

It’s designed to equip participants with the knowledge and tools needed to:

  • Recognize and address barriers to inclusive learning environments.
  • Understand how UDL can be applied across various educational contexts.
  • Promote equity and accessibility in teaching and learning.


Participants will gain practical experience and insights to foster inclusion in their academic and professional settings, preparing them to become change-makers in education.
