URCA has a long tradition of welcoming international students and opening its training and research to the world. CeQuInt labeled, it builds targeted partnerships with nearly 250 universities around the world. URCA, via the Department of External Relations and International Development (DREDI) has implemented an international strategy developed along three 3 axes: Strengthen its integration into cross-border and international networks to increase its attractiveness, Give its students a broad international outlook thanks to an ambitious and voluntary policy in terms of learning foreign languages, strengthening internships and academic mobility with university or private partners abroad, Attract quality international students, doctoral students and teacher-researchers thanks to a dynamic policy in terms of reception and integration and thanks to a proactive policy in terms of the internationalization of training.

NETWORK OF HIGHER EDUCATION AND RESEARCH ESTABLISHMENTS IN CHAMPAGNE-ARDENNE
Many actors of higher education and research of the territory of the former Champagne-Ardenne, have decided to federate in the form of an association, called "network of establishments of higher education and research of Champagne-Ardenne "as provided for in the law of July 22, 2013. These actors, for whom the URCA is the leader, are committed to an approach based on concerted strategic orientations around a shared ambition: to strengthen the academic and economic attractiveness of the site and its scientific intensity, taking into account the characteristics socio-economic aspects of the territory while respecting the autonomy of each individual.
