Registration and equipment exhibition prices

Two options are possible:

  • Exhibition of an instrumentation + registration fees for 1 person: 1200 €
  • Dedicated space (without instrument) + registration fees for 1 person: 800 €

For the registration of an additional person and further information, please contact us (ecsbm2022@univ-reims.fr ).

Registration includes all conference services: access to presentations, lunch, coffee breaks, gala dinner and social events.

A special session will be dedicated to sponsors to allow you to present your latest technological developments and applications.

Promoting an event

Sponsorship will allow you to promote your company by funding an event or conference accessories or by sponsoring a student:

  • Gold sponsorship (1500 € VAT excl.) for a convivial event: Welcome Cocktail or "Wine and Cheese" evening
  • Silver sponsorship (1000 € VAT excl.) for student sponsorship: poster prize, travel grant
  • Bronze sponsorship (500 € VAT excl.) for accessories: bags, neck straps, etc.
