Oral presentations

The following oral presentation formats should be respected:

• Invited oral presentation: 25 min + 5 min of questions
• Regular oral presentation: 12 min + 3 min of questions
• Sponsor oral presentation: 8 min + 2 min of questions
• Flash presentation: Flash presenters are asked to summarise their work on a unique slide for a one-minute presentation. Due to schedule constraints, we kindly ask you to:
  • prepare your slide in a Ms powerpoint or pdf file
  • name the file as follows: Name-Surname-FP
  • send/hand over your slide:
    • To the organization team at the conference venue before the 30th August at 14h00
    • By email to ecsbm2022@univ-reims.fr before the conference start day (if possible)

Speakers are requested to upload their presentation before the beginning of their session.

Poster presentations

Posters should be prepared respecting A0 format (84,1 cm x 118,9 cm) in portrait orientation.

Posters can be put in place as from Monday 29^th morning. Posters can be visited during the whole conference duration.
