The libraries provide students with group study rooms, which can be booked online using the Affluences app (iOS/Android) or on the Affluences website. The rooms are accessible during library opening hours.

Access rules
- Access to the study rooms is reserved for students registered at URCA for group work outside of teaching. Reservations are limited to email addresses ending with @etudiant.univ-reims.fr.
- Only one person is required to make a reservation for the whole group. This person will be given the key to the room.
- You can book up to 14 days in advance, and up to 4 hours per week.
- Reservations can be made for periods of 30 minutes. If you are more than 30 minutes late, your booking will be cancelled and the room freed up for other users.
- Maximum duration of a reservation: 4 hours
