To continuously improve its services, the university library is committed to the "Services Publics +" program

Since 2011, the University Library has been committed to meeting the expectations of the "Marianne" standard. In September 2021, the Marianne standard has been replaced by Services Publics +, the new continuous improvement program for French public administrations, focused on the user experience, for ever closer, more efficient and simpler public services.
