Calibrated Automated Thrombogram (CAT)

Calibrated Automated Thrombogram (CAT)
By using a "slow" fluorogenic thrombin substrate and continuous comparison to a simultaneously run calibrator, thrombin generation can be monitored automatically, on line, in clotting PPP or PRP at a throughput of up to 100 samples per hour.

Modèle de Langendorff

Ex-vivo isolated Langendorff Heart Model
The so-called "Langendorff model" allows the analysis of inotropic, chronotropic and vascular cardiac effects without the complications of an in vivo animal model.

Enceinte anaérobique
BACTRON Anaerobic Chamber

It is a room under controlled atmosphere (5% CO2, 95% N2) gathering in the same anaerobic space, an ergonomic work area and an incubator. The cell cultures are thus incubated under hypoxic conditions (O 2 of between 1 and 3%).

Mouse Echo-Doppler

Mouse Echo-Doppler (common equipment)

Mouse Echo-Doppler allows the non-invasive measurement of blood flow in small animals. This system makes it possible to quantify hemodynamic variations and to characterize cardiac pathologies without resorting to surgery or complex imaging. Mouse Echo-Doppler is used to evaluate systolic and diastolic heart function, myocardial perfusion and coronary reserve, pressure overload, aortic stiffness and peripheral perfusion.
