If you have a residence permit and have moved (in the same city or in another), you must declare your new postal address within 3 months after your move and request a duplicate of your residence permit.

You must provide the following documents:

• Residence permit
• Passport (pages on civil status, validity dates and entry stamps)
• Proof of address less than 3 months old
• photo
• Proof of payment of the tax and/or stamp duty (requested when the card is delivered)

You have to pay 25 € by fiscal stamps, except if you are a national of the EU, the EEA or the Swiss Confederation or a family member of such a national.
