Different housing options are available for our students. In order to request an accommodation, you need to contact the property where you would like to be accommodated directly, regardless of the type of housing you choose.
IMPORTANT: students who meet all the requirements may receive state financial support (Aide Personnalisée au Logement), regardless of their housing type.

Student house and Residence centre
Some residence centres provide students with rooms or studio flats. The rent can vary from 350€ to 500€ per month, depending on the location and the services provided.
You can find a complete list of those institutions in our brochure, in “Information on accomodation and catering”.
Studio flats or apartment rental from private individuals
There are a lot of flats to rent in Reims. For a studio-flat, the rent amounts to 350€ per month, whereas the rent for a two- or three-room apartment will be 530€ per month.
It is possible to share the flat with other students.
