Master 2 Internship in molecular microbiology - 6 months

This internship presents a unique opportunity to contribute to a cutting-edge project that aims to enhance wheat's resistance to a prevalent pathogen, benefiting both the agricultural and research communities.

The ideal candidate should possess technical skills in microbiology and laboratory techniques. Applicants with prior experience in bioinformatic are highly encouraged to apply. We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic student with excellent writing and communication skills.

Master 2 Internship in molecular microbiology - 6 months

As part of the ANR HeteroCLiPS project, the intern will contribute to project objectives. This includes cloning the gene cluster responsible for cyclic lipopeptide synthesis from Pseudomonas and subsequently heterologously expressing this gene cluster in a host strain

Technical skills in microbiology and molecular microbiology

Prior experience in bacterial transformation, mutant construction, and cloning

Motivated and enthusiastic, excellent writing and communication skills
