URCA students and external readers registered with the library: as many documents as you wish for 3 weeks, renewable twice for 3 weeks (please note that the 3-week renewal does not add to the initial loan period, but takes effect on the date the extension is made).

URCA staff and doctoral students: as many documents as you wish for 15 weeks, without renewal.

Loan exceptions:

• Legal codes: 3 codes may be borrowed, without reservation, no renewals
• Medical exam (EDN) preparation collections: one renewal only
• Teacher exam (CRPE) annals: 5 documents may be borrowed, without reservation, no renewals.
• Some documents are excluded from lending or cannot be requested on interlibrary loan

All readers registered with the library can borrow games for 3 weeks, renewable 2 times for 3 weeks, but without the possibility of reservation, in libraries offering these collections. The loan of games has been made possible by a CVEC (Contribution de vie étudiante et de campus) funding. The games available in the various libraries are listed below:

All readers registered with the library can borrow items for 3 weeks, renewable 2 times for 3 weeks, but without the possibility of reservation: Mac adapter, charging cable (USB to USB-C, Mini USB, Lightning), HDMI cable, calculator, GoPro camera, noise-cancelling headphones, headphones, plug charger, USB keyboard, USB stick, DVD/CD player, turntable, laser pointer, ergonomic book holder, cloth bag, portable scanner, USB mouse, poster tube, video projector, webcam (availability of equipment depending on library, see list below).

Computers are lent for one academic year and must be returned by 30 June 2025 at the latest: it is not possible to keep a computer during the summer library closure period. This service is reserved for students enrolled at the URCA, upon presentation of the student card (or ID) at the university library reception desk. Laptop reservations are not possible and computers cannot be requested on interlibrary loan. If a laptop is not returned, €500 will be charged for a computer, €30 for a charger and €15 for the transport bag.
