is currently enrolled in the 4th year of a PhD program in the L'Ecole Doctorale Sciences Fondamentales Santé (SFS) de l'Université de Reims Champagne-Ardenne (URCA) by conducting research subject “inventory of sandflies and their related pathogens in Laos” within the Faculte´ de Pharmacie, EA7510 ESCAPEUSC ANSES PETARD.

After graduated from the Lao University of Health Science and then followed his master’s degree in tropical medicine and international health at the Institut Francophone de Medecine Tropicale (IFMT), Vientiane, Laos, he has joined the Institut Pasteur du Laos (IPL) and currently working as head of the laboratory of medical entomology by leading several projects as following:

Tick and tick-borne pathogen surveillance in Laos

Arthropod hematophagous vectors including mosquitoes, sandflies, ticks and chigger mites, etc. and their related pathogens in karstic areas in Laos

Natural reservoir of zoonotic pathogens in Laos
