Registration

Registration through the conference webpage https://colloques.univ-reims.fr/SolPhe-en is required to attend all scientific sessions, all lunches and mid-session coffee/refreshments breaks. Please note that only fully registered participants will be admitted to the scientific sessions. A personalized confirmation email will be sent to each participant once the registration fee has been successfully processed.

If you require a visa to attend the conference, an invitation letter can be requested upon registration.

Submission types

Poster Display: Present your research through a printed poster on your assigned day. You will be available to discuss your work with attendees.

Flash Talk: Provide a concise 5-minute overview of your research during a scheduled session, accompanied by a printed poster.

Session Talk: Deliver a 10-15 minute presentation followed by a Q&A. Talks are organized by topic.
