Since the creation of the C2S laboratory, our scientific policy has been to give priority to the production and scientific valorization of the work of young researchers, PhD students, ATERs, post-docs and Master's students. This policy applies equally to the supervision and training of the laboratory's young researchers (PhD students, ATERs, post-docs) and Master's students. It is reflected in the priority given to funding doctoral students' articles and travel, the organization of doctoral seminars (to which Master's students are invited), the setting up of thesis monitoring committees since 2013, and the participation of doctoral students in various laboratory bodies (e.g. unit council, ethics committee). Master's students in each specialization organize annual scientific days, and are integrated into laboratory life through their attendance at seminars and their research internships, which are possible as early as Master 1.
