- Grapevine protection against biotic and abiotic stresses by using beneficial bacteria or MAMPs. Study of defence mechanisms and physiological modifications occurring during the plant perception of beneficial endophytic bacteria or during cold stress or fungal infection.
- Functional analysis of grapevine transcription factor (VvNAC1) involved in plant resistance against pathogenic fungi and bacteria (biotroph an necrotroph)
- Identification of defense components involved in the perception of beneficial endophytic bacteria by grapevine and Arabidopsis
