The EURAXESS Centre Reims will be closed for the summer break from Friday evening, July 25, 2025, to Monday morning, August 18, 2025, in line with the administrative closure of the University of Reims Champagne-Ardenne.

During this period:

• No physical reception or email support will be provided.
• However our website remains fully accessible with useful resources on:
  • administrative procedures (visa, residence permit, health insurance, etc.)
  • practical matters (housing, health, transportation…)
  • support services for international researchers.

Tip: If you need assistance or an official document before the holidays (hosting agreement, visa-related support, document signatures, etc.), please make sure to contact us no later than mid-July.
