The 15th Atmospheric Spectroscopy Applications (ASA) workshop will take place at the conference center of the Hôtel de la Paix, Best Western in Reims on August 24th - 26th , 2022. The meeting, which begins on Wednesday of the week just before the Prague International Conference on Molecular Spectroscopy – PRAHA2022 – (the preliminary dates are August 29st - September 2 th), will continue the union with the biennial HITRAN conference.
We would like to reassure you that we will comply with all the anti-COVID measures that will be appropriate at the time of the meeting. It is our goal to make the meeting a safe place for everyone.
This meeting will be dedicated to the following topics:
• Atmospheric measurements and observations
• Relevant new spectroscopic data and their analysis
• New trends in atmospheric spectroscopy techniques and gas analysis
• Status and evolution of the molecular databases
• Database archiving, access and methodology
The meeting will also provide the opportunity to organize special sessions on satellite measurements, climatology, planetology and astrophysics.
Contributions to the meeting will be selected according to their relevance to the topics aforementioned and to the HITRAN and HITEMP databases.
Scientific contributions will be presented as contributed lectures and poster presentations. We encourage posters promoting interaction among participants, and communications that present new research prior to peer-reviewed publication. Since space is limited (max. 130 persons), pre-registration is highly recommended. A registration form for permanent scientist, PhD students and postdocs is available on the ASA website (https://www.univ-reims.fr/asa-hitran ) or directly at the following link :
