Code of Conduct
The organizers are committed to providing a professional, respectful, and inclusive environment for all participants. All attendees, speakers, sponsors, exhibitors, and organizers are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that fosters open scientific exchange and mutual respect.
Participants should treat others with courtesy and consideration. Harassment, discrimination, intimidation, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. This includes offensive verbal comments related to gender, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, nationality, race, religion; inappropriate physical contact; deliberate intimidation; stalking; and any behavior that creates an unsafe or hostile environment.
This policy applies to all conference activities, including sessions, poster presentations, social events, and online communication channels associated with the meeting.
Participants asked to stop inappropriate behavior are expected to comply immediately. The organizers reserve the right to take appropriate action in response to violations of this Code of Conduct, including warning the offender, expulsion from the conference without refund, orother measures deemed necessary.
If you experience or witness behavior that violates this Code of Conduct, please contact a member of the organizing committee or conference staff. All reports will be treated seriously and handled as confidentially as possible.
By participating in the conference, all attendees agree to abide by this Code of Conduct.
