On each day of the conference there will be outings to various sites of interest. These are offered on a first-come basis. They may be booked in advance on payment in full.

MondayMonday afternoon: Places not to be missed in Rheims like: UNESCO World Heritage, Art Deco Heritage, buildings of post-war reconstruction in the city center. Free for accompanying persons provided you have registered to participate.

Monday evening: Gérard Liger-Belair; conference about Champagne bubbles .

Tuesday

2:30-4:00 pm Champagne Cellar visit: Vines have existed in the Champagne region for over two thousand years.We will be happy to show you the cellars dug from the surrounding chalk and give you a glimpse of how one of the most famous cellar produces its legendary wines.

Wednesday

1:30-6:30 pm Conference outing. on the Champagne tourist route. A 30 minute trip. For delegates and accompanying persons provided you have registered to participate. Cost 10€ (Champagne tasting not included)

Thursday

2:00- 5:30 pm Reims Museum. Free for accompanying persons provided you have registered to participate.

7:30 pm: Conference Dinner (limited to 150 people) For delegates and accompanying persons provided you have registered to participate. Cost 50€ per perso.
