ICMS2017 Registration is now open and online.

Full participants : 600 €

Students : 400 €

The « Full participants » and « Students » registrations include access to the conference plenary and poster sessions, welcome cocktail, banquet and excursion to Epernay and cellars.

Accompanying person : 100€

The « Accompanying person » registration does not include access to the conference plenary and poster sessions.

It does include welcome cocktail, banquet and excursion to Epernay and cellars.

Registration and payments (as soon as possible and before September 30) :

We offer different means of payment. Please be aware that all payments should be made in Euros.

1) Payment by credit card : fill-in the online form. You will be redirected to our online secure payment system (Warning : you have just 30 minutes to complete writing form). After you complete on-line registration and payment, a confirmation e-mail* will be sent to your registered e-mail address automatically. This confirmation must be retained and presented at the registration desk to receive the Conference materials.

2) Others payments : fill-in the online form . You will receive an e-mail that explains the different possibilities for the payment. After September 1, only payment by credit card will be possible.

The different payment posssibilities are:

by bank transfer (for all participants)

by cheque (for French participants) indicating the name of the congress (ICMS 2017) on the back of the cheque),

by Purchase Order (for French academics). (One Purchase order and so one Order number by person)

Only payments per purchase order will receive an invoice. The other means of payment may only receive a certificate of payment at your arrival.
